In compliance with Dallas City Ordinance SEC. 47A-2.1.6, Blacked Out Transportation enforces a zero-tolerance policy prohibiting the use, possession, or being under the influence of intoxicating substances (including drugs and alcohol) by drivers while operating company vehicles or performing job duties. Any violation may result in immediate suspension, termination, and notification to the City of Dallas.

Hourly and Flat Rates

• Vehicle Type : Luxury SUV
• Hourly Rate: $125
• Min Hours: 2
• Notes: Additional  fees may apply for tolls, parking, wait times or special requests

• Transportation Class: BOT Platinum Service
• Vehicle Type : Luxury SUV
• Hourly Rate: $175
• Min Hours: 2
• Notes: Additional  fees may apply for tolls, parking, wait times or special requests, drivers have security training

Pricing Policies

• All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• The customer will be notified of all applicable charges before booking confirmation.
• Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, wait time, multi-location service, or special requests.
• Special events and holidays are subject to premium rates.
• Gratuity for drivers is not included unless specified.

Disclosure Procedures

• A physical rate sheet is displayed inside all company vehicles in compliance with Dallas ordinances. 
• All customers receive a legible electronic or printed receipt upon payment detailing:  Service type, rate applied, total fare, and itemization, trip duration and/or distance, if applicable, Company name, vehicle permit number, driver name and permit number, Customers will be informed of all rates and charges before service begins.
